Visiting my website

When you, or anyone else, visits my website, www.knitaboo.co.uk, I use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.  This is for my own marketing purposes and to find out where your interest as a customer lies. I do not have access to any of your personal data, neither do I allow Google or anyone else to make an attempt to find out your identity.

Any links that I refer to on my site or in my blog are not covered by this privacy notice. If you have questions about how those sites use your data, please check their privacy notice.

Shipping Policy

All items are made by hand.  Once you have placed your order I will start working on it.  It will take between 3-7 days to complete your item, excluding blankets which can take up to 4 weeks.

Delivery within the UK is free for all orders and International delivery costs will be a flat rate of £3.50.  Your item is sent out via Royal Mail First Class but is not tracked.  If you would like a tracked and signed for item then please email me at [email protected] to request a price.

Please double check your delivery address to make sure the item is dispatched to the correctt address.  Knitaboo cannot be held responsible for items sent to the incorrect address that was provided.

 

 

 

Returns & Exchange

I​f you have a problem with your order, please contact me with your order number and contact details so we can help resolve the issue.  You can contact me via email at [email protected]

Returns requested within 14 days of receiving your item are eligible for a refund or exchange.  You have a further 14 days to ship the parcel back to me.  Please do not send the parcel back without requesting the refund first.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  I would recommend recorded delivery as Knitaboo cannot be held responsible for items which are lost in transit,  Please keep this in mind when making your order and double check all order details.

Goods should be returned in their original condition, unused and unwashed with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt.

If the original packaging is no longer available, goods should be packaged carefully and appropriately to avoid damage in the mail.  I will issue a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

 

 Once I have assessed the condition of the returned goods I will contact you with details of the refund/exchange.

If the goods are not returned in a satisfactory condition, a deduction may be made to the refund. Refunds will not be given if the goods have been worn or washed unless agreed in advance due to a developed fault. I will always contact you to let you know about a reduction or refusal and the reason for it before the refund is or is not issued. Please be aware that you will not receive a refund for the return shipping costs or any customs fees which have been paid unless the item is deemed faulty. Please bear this in mind when making your order and double check all order details.

Your exchanged goods will be sent out as soon as possible, once your original goods have been returned. If the exchange item is made to order, please allow up to 14 days, plus shipping time, to process the new order.
